AA – Uploading Products Freezing

Question:

I followed the video step by step & am trying to post and it’s freezing at 12-13% each time. I tried taking out products and re-running, no luck.

Answer:

With the amount of data that Azon Authority has to pull from the Amazon API (which is a third-party product and not something we can control), depending on the number of products and the number of variations, it can take some time. When we import 100 ladies sneakers, it took over 2 hours as there were 250+ variations per product in some cases.

Please ask your host to have your memory levels set as shown below and ensure they have you set up with a minimum PHP 5.6, although we do recommend the most current PHP version 7.2; if you experience issues with 7.2 contact your host for assistance:

Please ensure that your import speed in Azon Authority is set to “normal” and that the memory in Azon Authority is set to 512, as in the screenshot below.
