LFP – Form Catcher Doesn’t Show

You are here:

Question:

When I created my first new flow, it showed the Forms Catcher on my first try. Now it does not.

Answer:

If you have the Elite License you may have a conflict with another plugin, or memory settings issue. I just checked on my own site and can see the form catcher when I create a new flow:

Please back your site up, delete LeadsFlow Pro and reinstall it using a fresh copy from your member area.

Once this is done, please do the following troubleshooting steps:

Please clear your browser cache by pressing CTRL + F5 on your keyboard. Then, please backup your site (you can use Duplicator for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) uninstall LeadsFlow Pro, download a fresh copy from your member area and reinstall it. You’ll need to recreate your flows, unfortunately.

Next, please ask your host to have your memory levels set as shown below and ensure they have you set up with a minimum PHP 5.6, although we do recommend the most current PHP version 7.2; if you experience issues with 7.2 contact your host for assistance:

#Change upload limits
file_uploads = On
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
memory_limit = 256M
max_execution_time 0
#Change upload limits end

Once this is done, please go to https://imsuccesscenter.com/customercare/index.php?/News/NewsItem/View/7/trouble-shooting which provides a step-by-step procedure to check for plugin conflicts.
