Please do the following troubleshooting steps and please note that while we are in the process of creating a new customer care center, you can still temporarily access our knowledge base at https://imsuccesscenter.com/customercare.
Please clear your browser cache by pressing CTRL + F5 on your keyboard.
Then, please backup your site (you can use Duplicator for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) uninstall LeadsFlow Pro, download a fresh copy from your member area and reinstall it. You’ll need to recreate your flows, unfortunately.
Next, please ask your host to have your memory levels set as shown below and ensure they have you set up with a minimum PHP 5.6, although we do recommend the most current PHP version 7.2; if you experience issues with 7.2 contact your host for assistance:
#Change upload limits
file_uploads = On
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
memory_limit = 256M
#Change upload limits end
After that, please check for plugin conflicts on your main site as here:
You can also reinstall WordPress core files (after backing your site up above) as here:
and if you have it installed, use the plugin WP-Optimize to clean and optimize your WordPress database as well.
If you still see the issue after the above, please also install LeadsFlow Pro into its own sub-directory as here, with “no” other plugins or themes installed, don’t add anything else, just LeadsFlow Pro, and see if you still have the issue, then let me know.:
