Question:
I would like to use the contact form next to the video instead of an optin form. Am I correct to say that if i choose the optin form feature I have to sign up for an autoresponder such as constant contact or Aweber? If that is the case, then I prefer the contact form feature. Is it possible to use the optin feature without getting an autoresponder? I tested the contact form feature as you can see on the attached screenshot, and the problem I’m having is that the message box is to big or box shape and I would like to have the text box the size as the Email Address, First Name, Law Firm and Contact Number text box instead of taking too much space. Can it be done? And, would it be possible to just eliminate the message box altogether and just have the Email Address, First Name, Law Firm and Contact Number and just eliminate the message box from the form? If I can’t eliminate it from the form or can’t change the size of the message box is it possible not to have it required to have a text? At this time when I fill the form and leave the message box empty and press the “Submit” button, the message box highlights red requiring me to comment on the form or it won’t be submitted. I would like to give my clients the option either to comment or not comment.

You can cause the message box to “not be required” but you cannot eliminiate it or change the size of the box as shown in the video below.
