Question:
I cannot make the contact shortcode work on my site. The user name for contact does not appear in the dropdown menu. Strange because in my other site that I have done this it works fine. I have the latest version and have set up the contact email in PB options just like the one that works in abovemetrics.

You’re actually using the “top” contact form, and this one doesn’t have the option to select a user. The one below does however, see the screenshots below:
