I want to add a wide header image (say a 2000px image) to a page but it just crops it and maintains the standard borders (even if I click on “full width row” when adding a new row). I saw there’s a tutorial on theme options – but I’m just using the plugin (have another theme installed). Is there a way to add full-width images?

Of course, we do recommend using Profit Builder Theme as it was specifically made to work in tandem with Profit Builder.
That said, what you can do is go into the Profit Builder editor, add your image and then select “custom dimensions” whereby you can then add the width and height you want, as shown in the screenshots below.
It is possible that your other theme may have a setting to also allow for full-width images, but you would need to check with their support.’
